School Social Worker

(Anticipated Position for 2020 - 2021 School Year.  Full-Time / Permanent)

Duties

We are looking to expand our student services by providing a social worker to develop and implement program services designed to nurture the social and emotional needs of our student population and to serve as the link between the school, parents, and the community for Pinckneyville Community High School.

Qualifications

A qualified candidate will possess a PEL for the State of Illinois and a Master's in Social Work. An ideal candidate will also have a strong working knowledge of special education law and services and possess an ability to form strong collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.

Salary/Benefits

Salary Schedule placement will be determined per the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Board paid single coverage health insurance and retirement.

PCHS is looking for Substitute Regular Route and Student Activity drivers. Qualified drivers will be used to “fill in” for regular route drivers as needed and will have the option to drive for athletic trips.
