E-Sports

The Pinckneyville E-Sports Team came to PCHS in late 2024 to bring the PCHS gaming community to come together and compete. Rhonda Schubert and Brandon Zelasko took on the difficult task of leading this team of kids. The variety of different schedules between the kids make it extremely hard to have meetings but without fail Rhonda was able to bring everyone together once a month to play as a team. Coming to E-Sports for Pinckneyville in 2025 is the new addition of Play VS a app that allows E-Sports teams from all around the nation compete. Multiple different teams have been formed for different games in the club. These games include Fortnite, Marvel Rivals, Super Smash Bros, Mario Kart 8, Rocket League, and even Chess.
